1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Bricks AI Studio ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.

2. License Grant

Upon valid purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of WordPress installations specified by your license tier:

  • Single License: 1 production website
  • Multi License: 5 production websites
  • Agency License: 25 production websites

Staging, development, and localhost environments are not counted against your activation limit.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Plugin with third parties
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin for the purpose of circumventing licensing protections
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, license checks, or integrity verification systems
  • Share your license key with parties outside your organization
  • Use the Plugin on more websites than your license tier permits

4. AI API Usage

Bricks AI Studio uses third-party AI APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o) via your own API keys. You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
  • All costs associated with AI API usage
  • Compliance with the AI providers' terms of service
  • The content generated by the AI through our Plugin

We do not proxy, intercept, or have access to your AI API communications.

5. Updates and Support

Your license includes access to plugin updates and prompt improvements for the period specified:

  • Single and Multi licenses: 1 year of updates from purchase date
  • Agency license: Lifetime updates

After your update period expires, the Plugin continues to function but will not receive new versions. You may renew at a discounted rate to resume updates.

6. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all code, prompts, algorithms, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Bricks AI Studio. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership.

Content generated by the Plugin using your AI API keys belongs to you, subject to the AI providers' respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bricks AI Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin license.

9. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Plugin from all websites and destroy all copies. License fees are non-refundable after the 14-day refund period.

11. Third-Party Services

Bricks AI Studio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bricks Builder, Anthropic, or OpenAI. "Bricks Builder" is a trademark of Flavor GmbH.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Existing customers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.
