14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Bricks AI Studio. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund your purchase — no hard feelings.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 14 days of your purchase date
- This is your first purchase of Bricks AI Studio (not a repeat refund)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@bricksaistudio.com with your order number
- Include the email address used for the purchase
- Briefly mention why the plugin didn't work for you (optional, but helps us improve)
We process refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your license key will be immediately deactivated
- You will lose access to plugin updates and prompt delivery
- You are expected to uninstall the plugin from all sites
- The plugin will stop functioning once the license validation fails
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not offered in these cases:
- Request made after the 14-day period
- License was used to generate content on production sites (we can check activation logs)
- Repeat purchase after a previous refund
- The plugin was shared, redistributed, or used in violation of the License Agreement
- Issues caused by incompatible server environments that don't meet the minimum requirements (PHP 8.0+, WordPress 6.2+, Bricks Builder 1.9+)
However, we review all requests individually and will work with you to resolve issues before issuing a refund.
AI API Costs
Please note: AI API costs are charged directly by Anthropic/OpenAI, not by us. We cannot refund any API usage charges. This is a separate cost from your Bricks AI Studio license.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please email us and we'll work to find a fair resolution. We believe in treating customers right.
