When you purchase a license through our WooCommerce store, we collect standard order information including your name, email address, and payment details. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store credit card numbers.

  • We do not collect or store your AI API keys (they are encrypted locally on your server)
  • We do not collect or store your AI prompts or generated content
  • We do not collect or transmit your website content
  • We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on customer sites

  • To validate and manage your license activations
  • To deliver plugin updates to licensed sites
  • To deliver AI prompt templates to licensed sites
  • To provide customer support

4. AI API Key Security

Your AI provider API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI) are stored exclusively on your WordPress server, encrypted with AES-256-CBC using your WordPress salts as the encryption key. Keys are never transmitted to our servers. All AI API calls are made directly from your server to the AI providers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Payment processors (to process your purchase)
  • As required by law or legal process

6. Data Retention

License and order data is retained for the duration of your license plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Deactivate your license at any time

8. Cookies

The bricksaistudio.com website uses only essential cookies for session management and WooCommerce cart functionality. The WordPress plugin does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers.
